Copyright in the web site, its design, layout, look, appearance and graphics remain the property of 1st Choice Florist. The contents of the web site may be downloaded printed or copied for personal use only. We do not guarantee that the web site will be compatible with all hardware and software which may be used by visitors to the site. We will not be liable for damage to, or viruses that may affect, your computer equipment, software, data or other property as the result of your access to, use of or browsing of this website or your downloading of any materials, data, text or images.

Any contract between us and you shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have non exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. All dealings, correspondence and contacts between us shall be made or conducted in the English language.

If you have a credit account with us payment is due 30 days after the date of our invoice unless otherwise stated. We may charge interest for late payment calculated daily at 5% above Barclays Bank base rate both before and after judgment.

Terms and Condition of Sale

The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these.

The 1st Choice Florist web site and the products described in it are subject to change without notice. All products are subject to availability. 1st Choice Florist reserves the right to provide contents and packaging of equal or greater value without notice.
All prices include VAT charged at 17.5%.

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the following address:

Orders can not be accepted by customers under the age of 18 years.

Delivery Service

A delivery/service charge of £3.50 will be charged to your flower order for almost anywhere in the UK.

Same Day Delivery to recipients in the UK is normally possible on all orders received no later than 1pm (GMT). Same Day Delivery to recipients outside the UK maybe possible on orders received no later than 10am (GMT), to guarantee delivery allow 2 working days. These conditions do not apply at weekends or "peak" periods such as Christmas, Valentines and Mother's Days.

Flower deliveries will not normally be made on a Sunday or on UK public holidays. Please contact us first prior to placing any order required at these times to possibly make a special delivery.

1st Choice Florist will adivse customers of any changes to, or in addition to, the standard delivery/service charge.
